Elements of folk have always been an important part of the music that Amorphis creates and this remains unchanged to this day.

3rd album by Ketzer. The group has switched its sound away from more traditional extreme metal and presents an album that will definitely appeal to a wider audience. Imagine a blend of Tribulation with Ghost, but in a less imaginative way. The only extreme here is the vocal delivery. Time will tell if their choice was right.

3rd album by Valkyrie. A totally guitar-driven album, that contains amazing songwritting. If only i've listened to it earlier, it definately would have earned a spot in the top albums for 2015, for the heavy/doom genre. The release is trully a gem, no fillers found here and no major flaws.
